THE VEGETABLE compartment does not always keep vegetables fresh and go off quick. Increased ti High but is there supposed to be any Mat at bottom to assist vegetable coldness that we have not got.

I was just cleaning the large freezer drawer (not the versa) and removed it. When I tried to put the drawer back in I noticed a white plastic liner hanging down from the top of the freezer compartment. It’s the width and length of the freezer compartment. I pulled it out with ease as it was already half out to clean it but we cannot work out exactly where it came from and how to re install it. A smaller white plastic liner also came out with it. There’s nothing about it in the manual or online..I would love it if someone could explain to me how it goes back in as I’m concerned that it will affect temperature control.

My fridge has stopped making ice it’s filled up with water but it doesn’t seem to flip the frozen ice out of the tray

Hi, our unit is leaking from the base and am unable to find the overflow to see if it is the issue. We have had our unit for 5 years and absolutely love it. If anyone can help us locate it or have any other ideas why it is leaking, I would very much appreciate your input. Cheers

We have noticed that over the last two days, every time we open and close the door we get a warning beep. No lights show on the panel just Two double beeps. We can't see anything blocking the seals or doors. It's shutting flush. And we have cleaned out the ice tray. Any ideas please?

I'm about to get a new kitchen that is going to be all white - but the appliances are all black. Our tapware is black with rose gold finishings. None of my local stores have floor stock for the mahogany fridge for us to look at. I was wondering - would it go with black appliances? Or will it look obviously off?

Hi Mitsubishi my ice maker has suddenly stopped making ice. I was ask to reset and press the energy saver icon for 6 seconds and the ice making icon flashes - after 15 mins it still hasn't reset - does this mean that I need a technician to come in? Could it be the filter as I have not change it since I bought the fridge.

we have the MR-WX743C and have been very disappointed with the veg draw. carrots and greens seem to be constantly limp. have tried turning the temp down but only marginal improvement ! what is the best setting?

Can you take the doors and drawers off the fridge to deliver it through standard sized doors ? As I’m concerned one of our doors is less than 70 cm and the depth is 74.8

I am enquiring about replacing the filter found in the ice maker dept.
