Does mustela cradle cap cream smell bad or this means i should i get It back ?
It doesn't smell bad, it doesn't smell good also. It's just like the smell of ointments (it doesn't smell bad/good).
Hi Salwa, thank you for your message and we are sorry for the delay of our answer. I agree with Andro, this product is fragrance-free so doesn't have the Mustela inconic scent that is in our normal skin products. It should have a very neutral smell like an ointment. I hope this helps, best regards, Anais
My son is a month old with mild cradle cap is it safe to use mustela cream and how should I apply it?
Hi Annika, Thank you for your question and for your interest. This is how we recommend to use our Mustela Cradle Cap Cream: apply it once a day to the affected area by massaging in lightly. Leave on overnight and rinse out the following day (when you bath your little one) with Mustela Newborn Foam Shampoo. It is important to leave the product at least overnight to have its full efficacy. I hope this helps. Best regards, The Mustela team
Hi, can I leave the cream longer than overnight? Because I usually bath bubs in the evenings.
Hi, you can leave it longer that overnight. I will be perfect. The most important thing is to leave it at least a night for the product to have the time to be effective. But you can definitely wash it the next day in the evening. It is perfectly fine :). I hope this helps. Best regards
