MyGenie GMAX Wi-Fi Questions & Answers
VerifiedI bought 2 of the myGenie v-max 3000 robot vacuum (one for work and one for home) Both of them say to put a brush on the left and the right, but neither of them have a left post to attach a brush to? I have looked in both boxes and cant find a post for the left brush. Its weird that this is the situation in both boxes, unless it was a manufacturing batch fault. Does anyone know about this?
the power indicator does not luminate when plugged in, and the Genie will not operate.

I have a my genie v-max 3000. It no longer charges. I can't find any after sales service or battery replacement sales service apart from an email address in NSW which has not been at all helpful.
My Genie is giving 4 buzzer sounds. I have checked the sensors but can find nothing wrong. It works for a very short period then stops. Any ideas as to the problem
