To those of you who had multiple transactions withdrawn out of your bank account, leaving you high and dry, and had no luck with communication via their "friendly team who are soooo happy ro help at customer(lack of) service@ blah blah....."
After they claimed that overdrawn amounts had supposedly been reversed back into your account, was this actually the case? Or was this just another garbage story generated by their obvious AI customer representatives? And if the "latter", did you take it further and have any luck?
I disabled my account because it was having issues and I want to create a new account can I use my same phone number

I cant login via facebook as I have previously. Error message saying App not set up, still in development. Have tried updating App and Facebook with no luck.
Try deleting and reinstalling!! You can always contact them
Yeah tried that & didn’t work. In the end I emailed them & they promptly set me up for email login.

Does MyPayNow check credibility?
No they don't your credit is verified by your ability to pay from your bank statement they are a fantastic company and the charges are very very small and reasonable

I tried to use this app after taking a break and it is not able to identify my last pay. This is not the first time it has happened.
Not sure chrissy!! Ive never had a problem with them.. Maybe google their contact email and send them a message.. Sorry couldnt be more help

I missed a payment because my pay went in a day later. I want to know if I make the card payment today will I be able to access MyPayNow again today? I need to know ASAP because it will depend on me making the payment or buying medication.

There is no interest. You pay $5 for every $50 you take out so your next payday you will pay back $440 in total
