VerifiedHi there. I purchased 2 of your $800 machines directly from a Nespresso shop on the Gold Coast. One of the machines has stopped working after 13 months. It is still under a 2 year warranty. I have contacted your Service Centre and been instructed I have to pack it into a box. However that I am to also ensure I separate the removeable items off the machine. All these items as well as the machine have to be individually wrapped in bubble wrap and then taken to the local post office to be sent. I am wondering why I am having to run around to find a box big enough for the bubble wrapped machine and accessories as well as pay for the bubble wrap and box out of my own pocket with no reimbursement from Nespresso? Also how little you value my time to have to do this. Believe it or not.....it really is not my honour to have bought two of your machines (unfortunately). It is in fact an absolute mistake. As an aside I have been instructed I am not to return it to the store from which I bought it.
Your service is appalling. Firstly you locked me out of my nespresso account for no reason without telling me. i have chased this up countless times but no one can help me, give me a reason why or even unlock my account. Secondly last year I did an order, Nespresso took my money but somehow lost my order as it wasn't in the system, so no product actually arrived. again I had to chase this up countless times but because there was no order in the system it was virtually impossible to get a refund. Doesn't help there is no email address to send my proof that I did an order. you have lost me as a customer now.

If you previously were requesting a refund for an order your account would have been put on stop while the refund was being processed to ensure no further orders are placed that will affect the refund process. I have been a Nespresso Club Member since 11-12-2010 & I have yet to find a pod that gives me a straight espresso coffee. I would like the components of a “good” shot of espresso to have a balanced flavor, to be sweet and smooth on the tongue, without any unpleasant sourness, bitterness or ashy flavors. The flavor should also linger pleasantly on the palate. Do you have such a pod if not please give it consideration. Thank you. Dawn Winter (how will I find the answer to my question?
