Pls purchase one today and tried to apply little on my face. Less than five minutes, my face is itching so l have to use facial wipes to clean my face but, still. What do l do pls?

Olay, answer the questions your customers are asking, copy and paste responses are insulting and useless. I've noticed a big change in the Olay Regenerist night cream, it's changed colour and now my face stings whenever I put it on. I've used this for years and it's never been an issue.
Used this yesterday, face swollen badly. Eyes red, blurred vision. Shocking head ache and feel terrible. This stuff is absolutely shocking and should not be sold! It's been over 24 hours and no sign of letting up.
yes, same experience, I'm using Olay Regenerist Revitalizing Hydration Cream UV since long time but now my face is swelling after using it
Obviously a very bad allergic reaction. After reading all the reactions here I'm relieved I have a good result.
How long does the cream last. I put some on my face and it left white cream splotches and peeling lotion? I’m not sure if this was a expired as there is no date on jar
As to how long it lasts, I don't know. Mine's still going strong after several months. It sounds like maybe you are using too much if you're left with white cream splotches. I use the tiniest amount, do one side of face, another tiny amount, do the other side, then around my mouth , and on the nose and neck. All tiny amounts as it goes on the skin so easily.

Does Olay regenerist have fake tan in? Because I put it on my face then what's left on my hands, after a few days and even though I was my hands loads being a carer, my hands look orange, I normally wear foundation on my face but not today, and my skin looks orange too
Is tone perfecting cream as good as regenerist moisture?
I have used Olay Regenerist for over 20 years this time I saw that the pump pack regenerist had the sun protection in it so I bought that one - only to have my eyes stinging all the time I was wearing it so dissapointed I had to stop using it and go back to buying the one in the red jar, I will also add that as a teenager I was using Oil of Ulay pink lotion for years and carried on to regenerist which I love. why is the pump pack making my eyes stinge ???
I have just started using olay regenerate retinol24 night serum and olay micro sculpting serum for my fine lines around my eyes and mouth I am 34. Since using I’ll wake in the morning with flakes of dry skin on my face. Does this mean it’s not right for my skin?
I will never use this product again!! I bought a jar of Olay whipped face cream, within minutes, my face was extremely hot, itchy and had welts all over my face. Once I looked the product up, I saw all the complaints for the same reason. Please take it off the market, I don’t want other people to suffer like I have.
I also experienced similar. I purchased the Olay Regenerist (fragrance free) and my eyelids (top and bottom) were pretty much chemically burnt. All red and stinging. It's been a few days and slowly recovering after stopping use. I'm also coming across many complaints about Olay products burning skin and these products should 100% be take off the market. Also, I got this on a half price sale. What a waste of $30.
I saw a jar of Regenerist hydrating gel on sale at a local shop and bought it. I use Clinique’s hydrating gel, usually. This product, well, within 15 minutes, my neck and cheeks itched. When I couldn’t stand it, I got a dry washcloth and gently rubbed the areas that itched, by then about all over my face. I look up itching and Regenerist and found this whole page of complaints about skin irritation. So I went to my mirror and realized that I have this peel effect, little tiny rolls of skin all over, dangling from tiny hairs. Well. Probably good. But I couldn’t stand the itching. I rinsed it all off and grabbed a travel-sized moisturizer by Clinique to soothe my skin. It’s a little better. But I’ve decided this Olay product is my new peel. Think this will work?
My face and eyes were so bad, I had to go to urgent care and get prednisone
olay regenerist has caused my skin to break out in blotches, swollen eyes, redness and itchness. I will not go out in public looking like this ! What would cause this - I am soooo disappointed in the product. I have been using cold compresses and benedryal.
Similar thing happened to me. It burnt my face my eyes stung. I also was disappointed as I have used Olay since it was Ulan as did both my grandmother's.

I have been using Olay regenerist for many years. After opening a new jar, last week, my face has been burning and itching with swollen eyes as well. I know something in the formulation has changed...... Sad because I have liked and recommended this product for so long.
I have used this protect for years as well as so has my Mom. I also have been experiencing red swollen eyes for weeks after using the eye cream now!! what have then done to a product that has always worked so well!!!
What is going on with Olay regenerist line???? I've been using the regenerist night eye cream retinol-24 and now for the past 2 months I've had a progressively worsening redness, burning, flaking rash around my eyes and last night put the eye cream far around the eyes and this AM woke up with red rash exactly where I put the cream last night. What the friggin heck did Olay do with it's formula. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM BEFORE but noticed my old cream went through a name change. Don't remember it being called retinol-24 before. Olay, you should be ashamed at what you have done. Just look at all the above comments, women all over having THE SAME problem: patchy redness, burning, stinging, flaking and peeling skin after using your product.
I just started using this product a week ago. I love it my skin feels amazing but I have had migraines everyday since. I even applied it one night before bed and woke up at 3am with a migraine. I have changed nothing else.

I dont think so! But i didnt tried it because its not that moisutrizing on my skin!
Yesterday I ran out of my Number 7 serum and grabbed a bottle of Olay Regerist and this morning my face (where ever I applied the Regerist) is covered with a bright red burning rash, almost welts. I've used Olay products for years and I agree with another poster that said your cut and paste answers were insulting. Imagine my alarm waking up to this horrible rash. I'm done with Olay, goodby!
Same. I’ve used all the moisturizer with no problem, but when I use this product in the red pump, my skin was red itchy irritated. I used it for two days now giving it a break for a while and will try again.
Same, iv’e been using regenerist for 3 months now and just last night out it on, 3 minutes later my skin was stinging, burning and my eyes were burning. Geez I won’t use Olay again either.

Why does my face break out every time I use Oil Of Olay products. I used them when I was younger and I broke out in a red sand paper rash everywhere I put Oil of Olay on my skin. I did not used it for 25 -30 yrs for this reason. Is there other people out there that experience the same rash I did

Have you change the content of Olay regenerist products? I have been using Olay since University, meaning for more than 20yrs. But recently I’ve had skin rashes after using the same product that I recently bought. I never encountered this rashes on my previous olay products before! What happened?

My skin is burning too.. and I have been using these products for over 20years.. something has changed
I did test the different products on my neck after I recovered from all the rashes to see if it’s really the product’s culprit. And yes it is. I have 4 diff okay regenerist luminous. All of them gave me rashes.
I’ve been using regenerist day cream for a long time. Bought a new jar end of 2023. They’ve obviously changed the formula. Can’t use it now. Night cream still OK though.
