how can I get in touch with customer service
Sorry to say, the whole OshenWatch scheme seems a fraud to me. Good luck getting your money back for this useless product.

I agree with TJ. If you haven’t bought one yet DONT. If you have cut your loss and chuck it out.
Where can I buy a replacement band. Mine is broken and the watch is useless.

Chuck the watch out. They’re useless. You a better of spending a bit more money on a better watch.
I don’t recommend this product. The support staff were of no help.

Having the misfortune of purchasing more than one unit, (none worked) I agree, the product is rubbish. If you cannot get your money back, chuck it out.

Oshin watch won't charge
Hi I have an Oshen smartwatch and I require a new rubber watch band (my one is damaged) as the watchband or strap, has to be the correct fitting or it won't fit, where can I buy it? When I strap the watch on, two gerrn lights come on on the back of the watch. They seem to be draining the battery very quickly. How do I turn them off?
Im afraid that is the least of your issues. this watch is a piece of junk and doesnt work.

The best thing to do Sue, is to throw the watch out and go and by a decent one. That’s what I did. I threw 2 of them out, (they are useless) and bought my self a Samsung galaxy watch. Best thing I done. Well worth the money.

Not sure. I was outside tie allowed so did not refund. Overall I felt I was continuously charging watch. It did not stay charged for very long at all. Also they do not have replacement domes if one was to snap re the strap. They should definitely have these as spare parts otherwise cannot wear to get the results that u bought the watch for. A Shame.
I need new watch bands as one is broken and can’t use watch for this reason please help
Please advise me ASAP how to buy 2 new wrist bands for my OshenWatch. I use the Oshenwatch daily to monitor a) daily walk steps, and b) my sleep soundness or otherwise. (The metal button securing the tightness of the watchband has failed.)

the response I got from the Oshenwatch people [in Hong Kong] to my request for a refund was first class. i sent them details of my purchase transaction, and i sent them details of the postage delivery using Australia Post. responses came within an hour of each email to them, and payment was made back to me BEFORE my watches arrived back in Hong Kong. Yes, they attempted to fix my problems with the watch and did get them to work, partially, but once I had told them that i definitely wanted my refund it all went well. Their help desk was so good I almost felt guilty about insisting on the refund.
I cannot get sleep mode to record. It worked once only to my android phone. Is there something I can do to make it work?

have read a lot of the reviews and was concerned with the order we placed. however happy to advise that we were advise they were sent , a couple of weeks later they did arrive. took a bit of setting up both are now working fine
