Last year the gel really worked. However, this year it does nof seem to have an effect at all, as my husband encounters still cockroaches at night

It's unlikely they have become resistant as there are two active ingredients from different insecticide groups and have been used in one application. The household needs to be very clean, e.g. not a single crumb under appliances and no dishes in the sink so the bait is the only food source. Also rotate sites and add more bait spots where you see more roaches. If you are seeing mostly adult roaches and no much of baby roaches then it's working, albeit slowly.
It would be very difficult or impossible to keep the kitchen totally clean without any crumb or droppings all the time, specially after cooking a meal.
Once we apply pestxpert indoor and outdoor solution how many months the effect will be there ?
The cockroach bait will work for a year.
