Philips Essential Connected Airfryer XL HD9280/90 Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPNs: 828628 and HD9280/90Did you end up coming to any positive outcome with Philips after you contacted them about the problems with your Airfryer? I'm considering buying one, but now not so sure.
Nope :( they told me it was because how I was cleaning it.......which exactly follows their guidelines on cleaning. The airfryer itself works well, I'd see if you can find a different model where there aren't any raised parts in the basket. Or a different brand too.
Thanks for your reply Leah.. I have an all in one cooker from Philips which has been pretty good so far. I might have to rethink that idea if you can't safely clean the thing. I'm sorry to see that rust appears to be an acceptable health food to some corporations.
Davie, I've had issues and no response from Philips at all. I've since bought a ninja air fryer and regret I wasted my time and money on a Philips one to begin with. It's so much better built quality and easy to clean.
Thanks too for your reply Dominika. Despite the 4.8 ratings for this machine on the Philips website, what I don't know is how many of the ratings are from paid promotions or just people fooled by shiny new things.. Give me real life usage reviews any day.. I've never had an air fryer before, it doesn't look like my first one will be a Philips.
