A stiff door on your Power XL Air Fryer could be due to a few reasons, like obstruction, or you'll have to check for any food debris or misplaced accessories that might be causing an obstruction. Please note that you should always use the handle to open the door. Grip the handle firmly and pull it towards you.

I only received it today haven't used it yet the door wont open

I have a Miracle Chef Air Fryer oven. Had it for years - since it was first released. It is fantastic. BUT I am worried that it is getting old and will eventually die. I got it from your company. I cannot see it on your site anymore and I cannot find it anywhere. I want to buy one as a spare. Has it been discontinued? I have been out looking at other air fryers, but they are mostly basket type and so small compared to my air fryer, even the largest basket ones. I definitely want another oven like the Miracle Chef. Can you help me at all? Thank you :)

To answer my own question in case anyone else has the same issue...the listing on the MyDeal website says 'Please note: 10L is the total capacity, and 5.6L is the cooking area'. As far as I can tell these are identical items.

I would say so as it’s smaller and doesn’t take so long to cook, also less kilowatts so that would make it cheaper. Hope this helps

A wooden chopping board or other heat conductor. I leave mine on top of my gas cook top. I have a hairline crack on my stone bench from a different air fryer. Warning was in small print, and only saw it after rereading manual!

It will not microwave per se, but you can use it to reheat food

I don’t know yet Company is making me jump through hoops just to do anything I don’t believe they want to stand by their product but when mine exploded it blew glass out 15 feet into the room
