I put mine in the bin after the first use. It is rubbish. My father used to say you get what you pay for.I have learned from experience that he was right.
I put mine in the bin after I couldn't use it.
good for you
Why does it beep while charging?
We had the same issue of beeping while charging. Would not waste your time with that model. Cut your losses and bin it. That puts an end to the beeping......
ok can we acknowledge how stupid this answer is? just sell it on facebook marketplace or give it to a relative

My vacuum charges and turns and turns itself off when you press it to go? Any ideas?
I would buy a new vacuum if I were you. I did. I bought a stick one from Godfreys. It's on sale now for $149
Hoover Ultra Light Hand Held works well for me,as it even cleans my Chinese woolen rug and at half price,
I'm pleased I purchased it.
no one cares about your stick vaccum from godfreys
I brought this produce for my my parent in law 3 yes ago.then they lost the charger cable.but vacuum still new.Where can I buy the cable for them.
Regards
You probably can't, you need to buy a new vacuum from a reputable retailer like Godfreys. I have learned
my lesson.Never buy a cleaner online. Mine had hardly any suction and would only pick up dust and nothing
else!
Please ignore grageG above, the product itself is excellent if you don't expect it to walk your dog and do the dishes too. You can email info@pursonic.com.au, they will sell you a replacement charger cable. Their service is excellent.
yes it is excellent and you can also just look around the house for a 1 cm plug that you can use. might not deliver power that much, but its a good temporary solution until you get a better one
The brushes won't stop turning when plugged in to recharge.. Any ideas?
You probably need to buy another vaccum and a hand held one.
No I want this one fixed
Sorry i thow my away its not worth it..

Hi Marie, sorry I can't help you as mine would pick up dust but not small things such as threads.Wouldn't clean my woolen Chinese rug. It would just roll the loose wool into balls. When I emailed the seller, they didn't respond.
I've since bought one from Godfreys that works.
Grace.
You can email info@pursonic.com.au for spare parts and to enquire about servicing. Their support is very responsive and helpful.
Thanks Simon and Grace for feedback

Have you charged it enough? I also clean after every use so it is ready to go the next time
Hey, I one thing i noticed is that the two big rollers underneath the robo vac are removable. Sometimes there is a buildup of hair on the axle of the rollers. Have you checked for that? And as Crumb said, it could be that it needs charging.
What does the manual say about the meaning of error 2??
i have stripped it right down taken rollers out still shows error eoo2 is it possible the battery need changing
It could be possible. What does the manual say about this error?
thanks everybody for your help. i again stripped it down, this time i found hair was right inside by the drive wheels are
it now goes well again thanks
error 002 - in the manual - says that something is wrapped around the brush and needs to be untangled, before it works again
