How do I contact Pursonic for spare parts
How to know that the robot is charging?
When it is charging the bars will light up on the screen. Each bar will go from flashing to solid. Once all bars have stopped flashing it will say FULL and turn itself off. You can then push start. Hope that helps. You can also google the user guide to look at how to troubleshoot any issues.

Does it vaccum and mop at the same time or do I make it vaccum then put water in to mop after?
