how to replace blades on sanli lazer cut mower model LCS400

I was given a Sanli Lazer Cut 400 which hadn't been used for 2 to 3 years. I drained the fuel and oil but in the process, I accidentally got oil in the carburetor. I've removed the bowl and cleaned the carburetor and spark plug with carburetor cleaner and reassembled it. It still won't start. If I spray the carburetor cleaner into the carburetor it will run for 2 to 4 seconds and then stalls. I've also checked the 92 unleaded fuel does get into the carburetor bowl. Any advice? Richard
