I am very worried as I have just ordered this product and after reading the reviews Im concerned after spending this amount, and being on a pension have limited resources, am wishing I had never ordered it. So many bad reviews.
I have the 7 day tanner and a party on the Friday, when would be the best time to apply? Thanks
Is skinny tan water proof can you swim in a pool with chlorine without it coming off?
I would say so although I haven't tried it myself.
Once I’ve applied it can I shave my legs a couple of days after because I plan on putting it on before my big night out. And obviously hair grows quicker than we like on our legs. Thanks.
Yes, it should be ok and you can reapply the tan afterwards anyway if you feel you need to.
With all the bad reviews I am going to opt out of buying this product. I see to many unhappy customers. Tell me what the trick is to make it work as promised and might consider purchasing?
Don't waste your money it's dreadful
As I have been reading the reviews of this tan unfortunately i will not be wasting my money and all the reviews sounds horrendous. In will stick to my old brand and it's amazing.

I have Lupus and react to the tanning deveoper in tanning prodducts. I have tried many. wouls your product be OK for me?
I had a bad allergic reaction to this 7 day tanner, a rash from head to toe very red and itchy had to take antihistimines and cover myself in non itch lotion
Can you go swimming after application... Will it fade ?
Hi , I've recently been on holiday and wore it in the pool. I went in for around 15 minutes at a time and didn't seem to affect my tan. I applied e more some evenings just on my legs as they seem to fade anyway and I had a lot of dresses. It looked good for my whole holiday! I apply coconut oil which I think helps keep the tan fresh. No like all self tanners, chlorine will fade the tan, hope this helps

Once you have applied leave it as per the instructions on the box. The colour you are when you apply is not the end result colour. There is a dye which acts as a guide in the application. (It amazes how this product works without streak marks.) After this you can shower and what ever you please. The colour lasts for approximately 7 days. You can reapply when ever you wish to maintain or deepen the colour.
How long should a tube of skinny tan last?
I've had mine for a few months now and still have plenty left as only re apply it ever week and a half or do!!!

Hya - the bronzing guide colour of Skinny Tan is a guide only and washes off so wait for it to develop before swimming - but yes the long lasting tan that develops beneath is waterproof. You should always wear a sunscreen with any fake tan because even those that claim to include SPF only include the spf when first applied the tan is no protection from the sun
