Hey Paul just wondering how your purchase went ?
Are artison the same brand as smart? Did it arrive and was it hard to sort a replacement out though warranty? As I too have one on order and now worried.
Ariston is the Wholesaler of Smart. I am still waiting for a replacement, TBH I'd rather a replacement, The course grill plates are causing the meat to stick and burn and I hate charcoal. I have searched for replacement grills but nothing fits. Not happy at all.
Same experience as Patrick. Bbq bows at front and back. Flame tamers fall in. Hotplates started to fall in as well. All within 3 months. Product not fit for purpose. Eventually got a refund.
