How do I remove the lid on the mixing bowl

Do not know where you would get spares, ours runs perfect except for it's design which borders on non functional, only mixes half the ingredients and none under the blades

How do you fix the mixer when the lever won’t let the top of mixer to lift
Send it back and get your money back, ours does not mix like older machines did, the mixer blades are too short and dont pick up the lower mixture and the blades are too far away from the sides of the bowl and dont pick up the mixture there either it is a lemon

I have the 1000w planetary stand mixer black and rose gold, used it 3 times and the clip on the side broke and it wont go down, can i bypass the clip so it can be used?
Ours was a piece of rubbish and returned it to Harris scarfe.

I just brought this from harris scarfes. And it doesnt mix. Will harris scarfe let me return it?
If you have the receipt and take it back packed up and clean,they refunded ours.They have a return policy on their receipt.
