we bought this only 2 weeks ago and it has a nasty vibration noise - is that normal for this product or is it a faulty one

Can you do a potato bake in the 25 L air fryer?

It’s a good size for cooking a lot of things we can fit a whole chicken and vegetable in it. It has a bake airfryer and grill setting for those options. If your racks don’t slide in and fit without dropping it’s likely you have the same manufacturer problem we did.

First we noticed the racks wouldn’t slide in properly without falling then after it two uses the outside panel buckled as if it had been hit with a hammer. I’ve since had exchanged with no problems. It’s my belief that the fryer was either dropped in shipping that resulted in a bent frame hidden underneath or a manufactured flaw. Just be mindful of this if you notice when you get it home. Harris scarfe were extremely difficult to deal with this problem as well.

Yes you can it's nice and large bakes like an oven or airfield

Another attempt and tried the toaster. Function on Toast. Turned on timer to Medium. Ding, found bread to be white and warm! Tried Dark. Same result, white warm bread. Tried Airfryer, and got toast. Are these Appliances checked before being placed on the market for sale? e.g. Quality Control. Expensive appliances. Resulting in them not to be recommended to anyone due to shortcomings.
