My Air fryer smith nobel stops function how do you reset it it has power also but no heat and IE comes out

I gave the13L Air Fryer 14mths ago as a present to my son, he went to use it for the first time today. The light does not come on and it doesn't heat up but the fan is working. Followed all the instructions to start cooking as per pamphlet. Any suggestions to getting this going or have I just purchased a lemon and now out of warranty?
Mine has done the same and I'm looking into finding out how to repair it It's a great airfryer, I don't want to throw it out

Hi. Had this for around 2 years (Smith + Nobel 12L Digital SNAF10SB) and now heat element has stopped working. Does anyone know if its a fuse or do I need a new element and is this even possible

I think it's really annoying that smith& nobel don't have any instructions available online. Are they going to be available any time soon? The store where I purchased it couldn't help as I had already used it. It didn'tcome with a manual.. snaf10sb.
They have a user manual and a very small cookbook but most times someone has opened the boxes and removed them. When I purchased mine they were missing and the store attendant opened another box, removed the bits that were missing and placed in mine.... I just placed all back and took the one he was opening at the time because I thought that the one I was taking first was a return or something similar. Not impressed with his actions and nowadays I read the box to see what should be included and request to open it at the cashier to double check. I have the manual and woudld be more than happy to share.

I have a 1200 Watt Smith n Noble 13L black AF. It is fabulous, but the wattage could be higher. Do you plan to make one that has higher wattage that is the same size. I note your 6L is 1800W, which seems reverse to me.
Hi, I'm a newbie air fryer user.. I'm looking to cook chicken drumsticks & the recipe says to use the "Mesh Basket", can someone please tell me if it's the same as the "Rolling Cage" PLEASE??? TYIA.
No, the meat basket is the rectangular one that you can also use to make sandwiches. But depending on the size of the drumsticks, will not fit more than 2 or 3 at a time. I would make them (as I did before) on the rack They were very nice
I missed the long pin for holding the cylinder ,what I can do with it ?
The long pin is a very important part of yur air fryer and without it yu will not be able to use the cilinder or any acessory that rotates. Contact Harris Scarfe (as they are the sellers of the brand) or you may also try to find Smith & Novel custmer care or someone that sell parts and try to purchase one. If not, you will only be able to use the fryer without the rotating ecessories. If you have just purchase it and the item was missing, return it as soon as possible.

yes you can. Go to Amazon, they are universal. There are two types: the first is a set of kebabs metal skewers that you place on a rack inside the air fryer and the second one you use the centre piece of the Snith Bobel Air Fryer and the skewers rotate to achieve a more even cooking. I bought muine from Amazon but they are also on ebay. Cheers,
