Stirling robot vacuum cleaner error e0 08 ... Only one wheel is working so staysin one spot then error displays and stops
My Stirling A320 vacuum cleaner works OK on carpet and picks up a lot of hair and dirt. I have removed the carpet and installed wooden hybrid flooring and the vacuum cleaner seems to operate OK but there is never any dirt or hair in the dust bin. Any ideas as to why this would be?

I have just replaced the battery. When the auto button is pushed the motor starts and runs for about 1 to 2 seconds and then stops and no error messages are displayed. I have tried cleaning the terminals and general tinkering without any success.

I am getting an error message on my robot vacuum cleaner. E002. How do I fix it.
I have a 12/2014 model and when the robot is launched into vacuuming it goes ok for maybe 5 minutes then stops. It does not show any error codes and the battery still shows full charge. When I press the auto button it starts again but lasts for 5 seconds and stops! I repeat this for 3-5 more times only to get the same 5 second operation with still no error codes. However when I try again it decides to vacuum again but lasts for maybe another 5 minutes!! Has anyone come across this situation and how was it fixed. If you have any ideas please let me know. Many thanks
