I have this heater. I like the look and while the weather was mild I found it to be OK. Now the weather is much colder and it does not seem to give much heat. The room is not large. I live in a small 2 bedroom flat. It is in the lounge.

I notice when using the dial - temperature control that the temperature/thermostat seems to click always at the lower end of the heat range. This seems to indicate that it has reached that heat level. It does not seem to get hotter than that. Does it take a very long time to reach high? Could it be faulty? Or is there a way to set the temperature thermostat that I have missed? Both switches are on when in use which should produce maximum heat I think.

Thank you

Good afternoon Trampas, on this lovely afternoon when it is not necessary to have a heater on, I have the Sunbeam Panel heater going, both switches are down and the little red lights are showing and the control knob is on as far as it will go, and yet precious little warmth is

coming my way, and I know if I turned my very old radiator on full I could not stay near it. Maybe I expect to much from it, but I do know that

I will never buy another panel heater.

Is yours a dud I honestly cannot say, but if you have the docket take it back and see how you get on. Good luck with it.

I bought this heater for my son who was not happy with it and now I am custodian of it, on the box it says it is 3 heat settings BUT I can not see a third setting, will you please tell me how to use the heater correctly, needless to say when my son gave me the box there are no instructions.

Thank you Kath.

Hi Kath, Select the desired heat setting by depressing Low, Medium or both together for High setting on the Control Panel on the side of the heater. When the switches are depressed an indicator light will illuminate.

Please feel free to give us a call on 1300 881 861 and we can provide you with a instruction booklet for HE4100.

Kindest Regards

Sunbeam
