Sunbeam Innovo Thermo Twin GB2100 Questions & Answers
Verifiedcan it directly connect to type 1 home gas bayonet? or need an adaptor
I have recently received a Sunbeam Innovo GB 2100 from my brother, but unfortunately there are no instructions, etc. available. Could someone tell me if this model can be converted to town gas, and if so, what are the specifications ?? to be supplied to a qualified gas fitter for the conversion. Bob T
If you're switching from bottle gas to 'mains' (town?) Gas, all you normally need to do is switch out the gas 'jets'. They're a tiny inset that live at the gas delivery point between the regulator delivery pipe and the actual gas burner. If you go to any BBQ store, they normally sell them for about $7 a pop. You'll also need to change your regulator hose to a mains connection.
Thanks Nick - I'm away from home until early July. Will activate your suggestion upon return & let you know the result. Once again, thank you for your prompt response, Robert Taylor

Do you need to use coals using the webber
This isn't a webber - but works just like one. They're Gas based - LPG or you could change the jets to use off the mains. To answer your question - they don't use coals
Hi Steve, The GB2100 is a gas barbeque - do not use coals. Thanks

Hi Can I replace the gas jets with natural gas jets so I can plug into residential natural gas ? Thanks Loreto
Hi Kevin, Can you tell us is if there are Natural gas jets instead of LPG jets for the Sunbeam Innovo Thermo Twin BBQ, please.
I know we don't sell this BBQ anymore, just need to know if we have the spare parts.
Can we get a replacement baffle and plastic table ends?
Sorry, I can't help you here. Your best bet would be to check with Sunbeam direct or the merchant you bought the BBQ from.
Hi I used a few times but the flames looks not strong enough even at sear position, it is hard to serve more people, can I ask how to adjust the flame?
The flame is adjusted by simply turning the knob. This BBQ is not designed for high volume cooking. However, closing the lid until the required temperature is reached before placing items on the plate may help with the initial searing of steaks etc
We have the innova gas twin burner barbeque however the flame tamer under the grill
is rusting out and we would like to get. a replacement flame tamer. Is there anywhere in Brisbane that sells them?
Hi Liz, Could you please contact your nearest Sunbeam Service Agent as part is available for Flame tamer Part number is GB21112. List of agents is on our website under Support and Service.
Sorry I can't help you there as I'm not in Brisbane. However, other than the advice offered by Sunbeam you could try Harvey Norman who are the distributors.
Have you cooked a roast, and what did u think of the finished product?
Yes, brilliant. Follow the instructions in the manual and keep an eye on proceedings. If it's lamb, don't forget the rosemary!
