Hi my new iron I bought yesterday makes loud noises when using. I have never had this happen before. Is this normal with this model?

I was ironing and all of a sudden the iron went cold and wouldn’t work anymore. I can’t remember when I bought it but sure it was this year…still looks new except for a mark on the sole.

Very difficult to read water level as the chamber is blue. Any suggestions

I have to shine a torch onto the plastic. Only way I can see the water level.

The comment above indicates that the iron has an auto turn off - I bought this product with that being one of the most important features. It did not turn off after 15 mins. Can you please advise if the above answer is correct? Sunbeam Verve 600 Cera Flow

It does have a cut off switch but it may be longer than 15mins. Our son left it on one time and I heard a beeping sound for sometime not knowing what it was. When I finally worked out where the sound was coming from it felt like it was a good half an hour or so had gone by.

It’s a brilliant iron though one of the best I’ve had, the steam function is very powerful, gets your ironing done super fast.
