I bought my Taste the Difference Air Roaster from TV Shop and it did not come with a baking tray. Why? Can I buy a tray from a store?

Can you put the insert from “Taste the difference “ in the dishwasher
Hi Tania, Thank you for your enquiry. Only the accessories of the Air Fryer Oven are dishwasher safe. The Unit itself containing the heating coil and electronics should never be submersed in liquid of any kind or cleaned with anything more than a hot, moist cloth or nonabrasive sponge with a small amount of mild detergent.

Mine too. I tried to get it repaired but was told that there is no parts for it. Very disappointing. In future I will not buy any unknown brand

The Air roaster Pro will not start. Half way through doing some chicken it just went off and will not turn on. Please let me know how to fix.
