VerifiedHi I have a teco air conditioner and was wondering if I can control it with my smart phone I lost the control
Are the indoor unit , or whole units of the TECO LS2017V1 air conditioner available, and at what cost ? Or a compatable unit.
What is H5? for a model TECO LS-LT1507V1 inverter split air-conditoner please
Hey there, I've got the same system in my master bedroom it's not that big but I was wondering if anyone has noticed on setting 22 deg Celsius the outside unit it continuously runs. It's difficult to work out whether or not the compressor is jumping on and off the room is cold as which is good I know the invertor ramps the kW omit up and down, but the outside until just runs continuously even I've been outside and it's 21 and the temp in the room is 22 the outdoor unit just runs.
I found the temperature up at the ceiling where the unit is is always higher, since warm air rises, so it thinks the room is still warm and keeps on chugging away. I originally wanted a different air-con but settled on the Teco, the original unit (Samsung? can't remember) actually had the temp sensor in the remote so you keep it where you are and the machine works until the remote tells it it's cool enough. For that reason alone it's meant to be a power-saver.
Generally I just turn up the temp a few degrees over what I want and the room is just as cool without running so hard and costing me lots of power. When I did this I noticed the outside unit started to switch on and off so it's making a difference, and a thermometer on my coffee table still told me the room was cooler than the temp readout on the indoor unit says (when u press the temp button a few times it tells you what temperature the thermostat thinks it is on the indoor unit).
