Hi Kaza55, We’re still making our original recipe Natures Goodness dry foods including our Natures Goodness Chicken with Lamb, and our Natures Goodness Wild Game with Sweet Potato products which will be available in Woolworths stores only.

We have also created a new range of Natures Goodness dry foods with an exciting new look which will provide your dog with specific health benefits to help them thrive every day. This range will have different recipes and will include beneficial ingredients such as Omega 3 & 6, New Zealand Green Lipped Mussel to support healthy coats joints or weight. This range is also grain free and 100% Australian made using the best selection of ingredients with added vitamins and minerals. Our new range of dry foods are called Growing Pup, Radiant Coat, Healthy Joints and Fit & Trim, and these will be available through Coles.

I know that my question was also why give them the same basic name. Cole’s had them supposedly on special last week but after ringing about 30 stores and going to several they had k no I idea which one I was after because they are both called the same name. There was no stock apparently they got none and I was told it s because they weren’t supplied with any because you have no stock at present.

IDD try calling on Tuesday and left a message at 2.30 because you were closed according to recording. Promised a call back but never got one

The bag can still be opened without the sliding tab, just insert a pen or other slim (but not sharp) pointed tool into the small opening the tab was originally inserted into and drag across/apart to separate and open. Hi Jim, Our Natures Goodness dry foods are not specifically formulated to assist with the management of urinary conditions, so may not be suitable for your girl. We’d recommend you look for a veterinary prescription product with this benefit or chat further with your vet on the best food for her condition. We hope this helps!

I'm sorry I would have no idea? I have only just brought the dog roll that I have. It's Roast Chicken with Sweet Potato. It certainly wasn't slimy nor did it smell! My dog loved it. Maybe ask Natures Goodness directly.

Hi Ollie, Unfortunately we do not have a low calorie dry food in our range, however we do have a Lite & Mature chilled dog roll which can be fed in addition to dry food or as a stand alone diet as it is complete and balanced for all your dogs nutritional needs. Hi Ollie, We recommend storing our rolls in the fridge at 4°C to ensure that they remain in optimal condition to the end of their shelf life.   If the roll is too large for your furry companion to consume within 5 days of opening the pack, you may like to freeze the roll. When storing frozen, we suggest dividing the rollsinto meal sized portions and freezing these portions individually. We recommend using these frozen portions prior to the best before date of the roll is reached.   Thawing the roll portions is best done in the fridge, and once thawed, we do not recommend to re-freeze. You may notice that after thawing, the roll portions may appear a little soggy, as the natural gels used to create the firm texture, can break down during the freezing and thawing process.   We hope this helps

The biscuits are small and round but I have never seen the fish shapes. Maybe you should take them back.

it does say on the side of the kibble bag, it's 100% money back Guaranteed..

Sorry I am not sure how many calories are in each cup but I can try and find out. All I know is the weight of the bags that are sold and the weight of the meat sold in the packets or cans. And because our vet told us to go grain free with our dog we have found it not only cheaper than most products but much better from a nutrion way too :-)

not whole ground up chickens but yes some feather and grissle is included as this is what a dog would naturally eat in wild if it got its paws on a bird, think about it...do you think a dingo, wolf or wild dog would pluck a bird or scalp a rabbit before eating it...no it would eat it from head to toe. there are much valuable vitamins in birds feathers and cartilidge/grissle that dogs thrive on, in no way should you be imagining birds just being minced into food, the dog food company would be buying say large quantities of byproduct plucked feathers off slaughterhouses after they pluck the chicken or ducks etc that you eat yourself (if you eat meat) also some beak, feet and innards would be included as its good for your dog. buy your dog a while chicken and watch how it eats it (raw!!) for more information or buy it an edible bird still intact with feathers etc...you will see for yourself why it is included in dogfood, its naturally what they would eat!!

Sorry currently we do not make a specific puppy variety but our adult varieties also meet the nutritional requirements for pups and can be fed from about 4 months depending on the breed
