Hi, may I know why my Valco Baby Snap Ultra's wheels are so hard to turn? I bought it at Baby Train in Dingley Village, and a rep had come to check it. although it is not as bad now, it still feels like it veers a little when turning. What wheels are used, are they air filled whels or just plastic wheels- I am afraid to use it in case the safety of my baby becomes an issue. I have read some other feedback elsewhere about the wheels on Valco Baby being an issue - why is this so?
They should not be hard to turn. Mine isn't, also a friend has one, no problem. I would contact Valco baby directly. My experience is they do honour the warranty.
What height child would this pram fit? Some other popular brands say an age/weight, but their canopies are so low they struggle to fit a toddler over the age of 2.

No it is a little big for that. You can get pram bags and put it in check in baggage, most airlines allow prams for free.

Hi, I own a snap 4, and a snap ultra, and I would like to know if I can put the covers from the 4 on the ultra? Baby has spewed through the ultra and I’m having trouble removing the stains.
Will this fit in the airplane overhead compartment? I boight one but I find it a little bigger than my old compact stroller. I'm a bit worried that they will not let me bring it with me.

Hi there, Thank you for your question. The Snap 4 will not fit in the overhead compartment of an aeroplane. However we do think it's still the perfect travel stroller, as it's super lightweight, sturdy and folds compact.
You must check with the airline first, although most will accept it at the door of the plane and provide it once you've landed.
Just wondering how the 1,2,3 recliner on the sides work? I find it hard to change into 2 or 3 even after pushing the two sides bit at the same time, mine doesn't work at all and it stays in no.1. Maybe I'm doing it wrong?
mine is the same, its stuck on the 1 position.

Hi Jelly and Zoe, Thanks for taking the time to write here. There are two versions: * The Snap Ultra P - This version has 3 fixed recline positions, where the 1, 2, 3 are relevant. * The Snap Ultra - This version has an "infinite belt recline" where the seat can be adjusted to any height. Almost from a full 90 degrees, to laying flat. On this model, you cannot adjust to 2 & 3.

Hi I’m in the UK and recently bought a second hand Valco Snap Ultra Duo for my mum to use when she has my twins. We’ve noticed tonight that one of the front wheels doesn’t look right. Is there a universal wheel or another brands wheel I could use to replace it? I can’t find a UK seller for spare Valco parts

Can the wheels of the Valco baby pram be removed /detached?
Hello. Yes all 4 wheels of the Snap Ultra P stroller can be removed. We recommend you remove all 4 wheels about once a month, wipe the wheel shaft and housing down and spray with a spritz of silicone spray to keep the stroller in tip top shape. Hope this helps.

How can I adjust the harness straps to the lower level for a newborn they look like they are bolted to the top

Hi Femi. No, unfortunately the Trend 4 bassinette can only be used with the Trend 4 stroller. You will need to purchase the Snap Internal bassinette to be used with the Snap 4. Hope this helps.

Hi, I have a question about the length. (Should it be called depth?) I looked at Valcobaby website for the specs. In their website the length seems between front wheel and rear wheel, but not included the length between front wheel to the handle/bar. Does anyone know the length from rear wheel to the bar? I want to know because other brands usually measure up to the bar.

Hi Agnes, I never had one with mine. From what I know they don’t have one for this. I just used the little head pillows you can get from Baby Bunting for extra head support when our girl was tiny.
