Hello. My 2013 cc has factory headlights without LED bulbs. Now I have installed the headlights with LED daylight, but the LED daytime running lights do not turn on. How can daylight be activated?

Hi,

We just finalized in buying a VW Passat Disel CC built in 2010 & bought in 2011 (seller claims). It has done 83 K. Condition looks extremely good. I have three days to make-up my mind (cooling period). All my life, I had driven Japanese. I never had any issue. Since it is European car & I heard lot of complaints like emanating issue worldwide and also drop in speed? Has it been solved by recalling the cars? How expensive will be the maintenance? Felix

I don't understand "emanating issue worldwide and also drop in speed". Don't know what that is nor does it sound like anything I've experienced. If you're talking about the Dieselgate scenario - has the car been to VW for any emissions corrections. If so, then the proof is in the driving - is it a problem? Maintenance is more expensive than Japanese typically - sorry - that's what u get when u go Euro. Weigh it up against the benefits to make ur mind up.
