Why did you make the ceramic brush on your new hot air brush bigger than the previous model ? The old style has now been discontinued unfortunately and now doesn't work on my fine hair. I don't understand why it has been changed when it worked wonderfully the way it was.
Yes I found the same problem, I have been using the old one for years & years & bought the last remaining few from Myer, they have just about seen their days & I can't find nothing that compares. The new version gets to hot as well which is no good for my fine hair. I really wish they would bring back the older version, why can't they just leave things the way they were.
Can I buy the thermal brush separately for the hot air brush'n style vs2014/2A, I did many years ago through con air but when I rang up a while ago they said no, I am having to buy the whole product every 6 months because and have about 20 stylers laying around. Thank you. Vickii
The Hot Air Brush 'n Style VS2014/2A is a discontinued model and has been replaced with Hot Air Brush 'n Style VS8080A .
