How do I remove the handles for moving? The fridge will not fit through a normal sized door-way. The manual doesn't provide any information about removing the handles or the doors - surely I don't have to take the doors off?
What should the temp be set at so things at the back of fridge don't freeze?

How do you take off door handles to get through doorways?
Yes how do you do this - my fridge is sitting in the garage as I can't get the handles off - surely I don't have to remove the entire doors? Bad design if that is the case.

fan will need replacing cools the refrigerator, mine did the same under warranty , fixed but a year later fan is noisy as hell (rattling) will need replacing again
Hi where can I get replacement door handles. The handle on my freezer draw has broken the plastic clip.
I've read about this happening before with this model! I believe that the current Westinghouse fridges are now made in Thailand and no longer in Australia, hence the cheap and flimsy build quality. If your fridge is within warranty period, contact the store where you bought it. If not, you'd probably need to contact Westinghouse directly.

I have just purchased second hand. The freezer handle was broken, white clips are still there, was aware I had to buy new handles. Switched on fridge and left it for 3 hours and it got cold but the freezer door would not open and the beeper keeps going on the fridge. Phoned electrolux and they said use a credit card to break the seal, did not work, will not open. Gave me names for repairers. I have contacted one to come and check out the fridge.

just bought 5204sb which has spill proof shelves fitten in the body of the fridge.these shelves seemingly are designed to be 'adjustable but have been unable to either workout how to or to find any directions in the manual

We have removed the top large freezer drawer to clean and having issues getting it back into situ. It just sits on the bottom drawer despite following the instructions. Any ideas would be appreciated? Thanks.
The fruit and vegetable drawers and the shelf above often freezes the fruit or vegetables. Can you explain why and should we request a service to the refrigerator? The items are not able to be used

I suggest you contacting Westinghouse customer service. Your fridge should be still under their 2 years product warranty.

Do you find the freezer drawer opening a pain? Does stuff get lost in the deep drawer? I don’t like the idea of the pull out door but I think it’s the best option for the space we have, so just after some opinions from experience.
Not a pain at all, but it does require some getting used to. We bought this fridge for its reverse design as I have a bad hip and bending down/over into the fridge part was quickly becoming a painful task. There is a lot of space in the bottom large drawer, so we store all the bulky products there. Frozen veggies and any items in bags go in the middle and the top one can store quite a bit of frozen meat. We do buy our meat etc fresh and don't freeze, so maybe factor this into your decision-making. The ice tray is of poor design but I personally can live with that and I still have no regrets at all :)
I’m the wrong person to answer this as I simply wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone. We had three fridges in six years and ended up buying a Fisher and Paykel.
The freezer handle came off yesterday. One of the plastic handle supports needs replacing. Where can I get one.
Our freezer handle broke off recently 29 months after purchase. W’ty is 24 months. Westinghouse advised new door needed as one of the small plastic attaching lugs is broken. New door $245 + handling + $150 for installation. (can’t be done by homeowner.) Very disappointing.
Contacted Westinghouse again - may have been on different number to first time. Matter resolved in very helpful and satisfactory manner.
