What time does centerlink pays go into westpac I reported Friday will it go.into my account today as in Saturday

I am locked out of my app, i have tried 5 times to talk to a person, I have tried to follow online prompts no luck. Anyone had this problem? Is it just with this bank?

is anyone else on workers compensation and have to now deal with the payments plus system? ive been on workers comp for 3 years now, have never banked with westpac and yet for some reason they for the last 2 years are taking the remittance payslips and processing them. meaning i dont get my pay until rounghly 3 to 4 hours after i recieve the payslip. now this wouldnt be too bad if id get the payslips and pay around the same time each week but i dont. every single pay day is traumatizing as i just sit there and watch it get later and later in the days. in the last month ive recived my payslip at the right time of around 3pm once, after 6pm once and now 830pm twice. it is a frequent thing where my payments will always be at different times yet my rent assistance is recieved the exact same time every time... how is it centrelink can bank better than an insurance company and a bank?

Why now all of a sudden do I need to identify my identity after 15years of banking with the same account. And are holding my money because my account wasn't used for 3 months as I was unemployed and not receiving centrelink, so no money going into bank to be able to use it. Now my tax return is in bank I can't access it for c/cash payid or using key card.

Look closely at your interest on your bank accounts. They have been ripping me off for many months now. They should have been paying me about $125 interest a month. They only pay me $12 a month. Phone them up and they say its not up to them and then send me higher up in the food chain then more waiting only to find that you must go in and see them and when you do they say you must phone them.

Westpac was fined in the royal commission and have learnt nothing at all. No one ever went to jail over what happened and they are getting away with it again.

I am suing them now. Had enough of their crap.

Hi Westpac, I know you're not going to bother answering any serious questions here, but here's some advice for your marketing team who obviously are lacking in the psyche department. Why make people go through the entire navigation of your call centre customer service and then play the message saying your customer service is currently closed. It's not just arrogant, it's blatantly stupid! If this doesn't get a really, I'll just put it as a review here and everywhere else. But from a corporation with a 1 star review from many thousands of customers, I think I might expect more from the likes of the very scammy online flight sales businesses. You're profits are up and up, yet your customer service is like a major stock market chart, say the ASX, if it were steadily going to ZERO. Just like any economic boom, there's a bust. And with your customer service, it looks like that's where you're headed. With the world economy as it is, I feel very unsafe with my money in your hands. I think I'll keep one credit card with you and bank elsewhere for safety and security.

Why does it take 2-5 days to generate a statement? I need one today and not even going into the branch you can get one ? Why with other banks you can but Westpac u can't????? An absolute joke !

If i physically did a transaction with my credit card but it was originally a fraud can i still get my money back or a chargeback can be applied because my full authority was not with the transaction as i never wanted the money to be with company but i was trying to secure my money?

A payment was returned to my account with an Answer 5 reference mean. I checked bank account numbers and it is correct

I would love to know where our fantastic Westpac Branch Manager has gone. He made us believe that Westpac makes life easier but with his sudden unexplained and unmentioned-to-us absence we are left to deal with one inefficient and uncaring call centre person after another. Three months is a long time to process an application for a loan increase of less than 10% and yet here we are waiting; we haven't had a response to our latest email for over two weeks. So I have just filed a complaint and that didn't even go well! During the call the line went dead and the person didn't even call me back to finish the call - I don't know who I was speaking with, their location or how to reach them. In my view, Westpac is the worst in terms of customer service and I want to know if anyone has any recommendations on where else to take my business. I've started dealing with Mortgage House and have so far been completely impressed with how easy the process of refinancing a loan can be, the communication and customer service has been fantastic so far... Does anyone have any other suggestions?
