Yes, it works on the buttocks and thighs.

Hi Jim, I have never tried it any other way. But I guess it would be ok. Just steer clear of sensitive areas of your body. You will be able to sense if your body doesn't like the sensation on your thigh or bottom.

Can this device be used on your feet ?

Hi Robert. It's specifically a device for backs. It's in one piece that is shaped so it adheres to both sides of your spine, spanning across it. (The electric pulses are not directly on the spine. )

Hi Robert , Sorry for the late reply. I wish it could be used on feet. But sadly no it can't. There are some new products out for feet. Maybe Google it.

Why does the timer on my WiTouch pro not work

I wouldn't have a clue. I suggest you contact the manufacturer. I've had mine for a long time and haven't ever had any problems. Good luck.

Is it better than the $50 ones you buy in the pharmacy. That is not doing anything and I'm desperate

I do have a regular T.E.N.S. unit I got from a physical therapist, but for low back pain I've found the WiTouch Pro to be far superior. (I don't even bother with a regular T.E.N.S. on my low back anymore. Just for other smaller areas.) I actually think more highly of the WiTouch Pro the longer I own it (almost 2 years.) It runs for 5 high intensity minutes, 20 low intensity, and again 5 high frequency minutes per cycle. You can control the high frequency strength, which really makes a difference. The instruction manual suggests waiting 30 minutes in between treatments, and I find that works fine due to the sensory scrambling that goes on when it's running. I wear it all day when I need to. An added bonus: I've found the adhesive pads last much longer than indicated. (I store them on the device in a zip lock bag.) I wouldn't be without my unit and I'm very happy to recommend it. I especially wouldn't want to be without it for long car/train/plane rides. I wish you all the best.

My answer to your question is "you have wasted $50". I have had 2 back surgeries, with the 2nd not successful, so I looked into a number of ways to at least lessen the pain. I found the only device that has an effect is the WiTouch Pro. Everyone is different with their level of pain, but I would be surprised if you don't get some sort of benefit from it. If you do buy it, let me know how you go!

Thanks for your honesty and comments. I did go and buy one and I have to say it has eventually worked. I've gone from not being able to walk to actually walking like a normal person again - I appreciate your taking the time to answer. I haven't looked back since buying it. I was wearing it all day but now take it to work in my handbag just in case. Cheers and once again thankyou.
