I ordered for bit over $200 but I didn't receive receipt over internet. And I received the goods I ordered except a thing you call everyday item. i was charged $10.00 delivery fee but I still haven't received it. I drove to Woolies in Gkenwood today specifically to get the beautiful selection of mini cakes you always kept in the bakery. A mini selection of different samples, velvet cake, lemon meringue and other different, lovely samples. YOU HAVE TAKEN THESE BEAUTIFUL SAMPLES AWAY AND REPLACED THEM WITH CHEAP AND NASTY Woolworths BRAND YUCKY SAMPLES .. A whole row of apple crumble. Amongst other unwanted mini cakes you have created, to replace the beautiful selection you decided to remove from your customers choice...
ANOTHER MONEY GRABBING EXAMPLE OF WOOLIES TAKING AWAY OUR CHOICES AND VARIETY. It is sad to see that they have been permanent replaced by the cheap and nasty apple crumble samples and invert box which you are selling for the same price. Cheap and nasty replacements. That's a low blow to your customers. Why are you removing all of the variety and other brands and replacing them with your cheap and nasty crap !!! Of course I abandoned my shopping trolley and have gone looking elsewhere for a miniature cake variety, away from woolworths brand crap !!!!!... other than what you have decided to reduce your customers choices.!!! You can stick that. I'll shop elsewhere. Very happy to have left my trolley behind. My question is, Has just the Glenwood store removed this selection from the bakery or have Woolies across New South Wales removed this beautiful selection of mini cakes from your shelves?

I know it's a public forum. I want the public to see what's going on. Woolworths, Coles and other stores do monitor product review. . I've had disputes fixed within 1 hour after posting on product review. The stores definitely don't want people posting unresolved disputes in the public Arena. So they do often practice reaching out to the person making the complaint... be it via email or on here.
I have been purchasing Woolworths Australian Walnuts for years on every 3/4 weeks . The price a few years ago was $8 to $10. Now it is $12.00 for the same supposed to be weight of 500 grams, I purchased 500 grams walnuts on 19 August 2023 and again on 1 September 2023 at Carlingford shopping centre Woolworths as I have always shopped at this place. I noticed the walnuts were not the same quantity as before. I weighed the nuts which I purchased on 1/9/2023 instead of 500 grams it was 275 grams. I have a photo taken of the nuts on the weighing scale. As any one else noticed having less in the packing? How do I contact Woolworth to complain? The 1300 767969 number for complaints does not give an option to complaint about purchases and products. It is a shame Woolworths increases the price and gives you half the quantity. Shame especially when customers are having to bear the rising cost of living. I hope someone from Woolworth will reply.

I have logged a request for help but apparently it will take 3 to 5 days my issues are: 1) Marketplace won't let me make an online order (no probs with groceries) 2) Rewards Extra join up bonus 2000 points has not been applied from last week 3) my shopping also collected last week, still presents as Uncollected, and no points on my Rewards Extra card. 4) I spent hours on the phone to someone on Friday and all I want to do is buy a Gardeon dining set that is on sale - I have been trying to buy it since last week!! Any ideas?
Is everyone aware of the facial cameras Woollies have on their self-service checkouts? So easy for them to match your face with credit card/rewards card, so much for privicy
They have camera everywhere. They will rob you of your privacy.

Why are items continually missing????? I’ve changed supermarket now due to the lack of customer service received. It’s all well and good to get a refund but I’m not able to physically get to a store to collect missing items. Do they employ disinterested riff raff who are lucky to have a job in the first place. I’m so over the standard and it’s just unacceptable to me
You are missing items because the delivery drivers go through everyones shopping & take out what they want then either take the items to their place or get someone to meet them & split up the groceries between themselves, then tell the customer its the stores fault & contact the store. Its a well known fact Woolworths knows its happening & pretend they dont.Its not the store pickers its the delivery drivers.. Its the same at Coles

Yeah agree the drivers go through everyones shopping & just take what they want. I see a woolworths delivery truck nearly every 2nd - 3rd day parked up in an industrial area & the driver in the back unloading bags of groceries into cars. They turn off their GPS tracking deliver what ever they didnt want they just say oh contact the store if anything is missing. I took a photo & a video & sent it to woolworths that was 6 weeks ago & i dont expect to hear anything because i believe woolworths knows what is going on & are turning a blind eye
How can I stop having substitutes delivered? Jelly cat food is not a substitute for gravy cat food . Party pies are not a substitute for sausage rolls. I love the delivery system but have not had my delivery correct once. In the 4 weeks I have been getting a delivery. I did tick no substitutes. Thanks for your help
Jennifer, you can “Add shopper note” next to each item in your Cart, during Checkout - when you Review your items before payment. Maybe write “NO substitutes!” next to the items which have been substituted before. I’ve had to do this on Milk and Bread items, even though I’ve left the tick box empty for substitutions allowed.

the only way to stop substitutes is to go & do the shopping your self that way you are guaranteed to get what YOU want. Writing no substitutes or tick the box wont help because the pickers are trained to just ignore it
