Our dream d9 have started to blink white with all 3 buttons. I get no contact with it. Only thing I can do is to turn it off completely. When restarting it just starts blinking again.

Hi, I have a dreame d9 robot vaccum that has now stopped working properly. It starts the cleaning, zone, room or all and stops after 1 minute. I have tried a resent and remapped the entire house and still no solution. It's very frustrating. Is there another solution?

My problem would be that if I turn on the carpet boost function, the vacuum cleaner switches to the highest setting permanently, and the mopping function also pauses. This is independent of the type of cover it is on, it is constantly running on the highest gear.

i have the same problem. i fixed it a few times by disabling carpet boost function before cleaning and then, after starting, enabling it. but now it’s not working

My dreame robot cannot go to 'sweep and mop' mode. The phone app always display message 'this mode can be enabled when the water tank is installed'. I tried many times to reinstall the water tank, clean the contacts, restart the robot, reset to factory setting, but still cannot work. Can you please help?

My dreame robot is not dispensing water. I’ve cleaned the rubber hole that the water goes in but I think it’s the jets that are not working. Can you help?

Hello, If your D9 is not dispensing water or operates with little water during mopping, kindly check the current water level in the water tank. Install the mop properly according to instructions, and clean the mop in time.

Before mopping, please wet the pad for a better mopping experience before the robot squirts water.

How do I set my kitchen to be mopped?

Hello! In response to your inquiry, kindly install the mop first: 1. Wet the mop pad and wring it out until it stops dripping, insert it all the way along the slots of the water tank, and stick it firmly. 2. Fill the water tank: Open the cover of the water tank, fill with water and close the cover. 3. Align the mop module with the markings in the rear of the robot, keep the module level and push in until you hear a click sound, indicating it is properly installed. 4. Start mopping: Press the power button once to start mopping.

We have had our Dreame D9 for a couple of months and use it daily. Previously had a Xiaomi Mi Robot which was used daily for about 3 years. The Dreame is head and shoulders better.

My question is, where do other users get spare filters, etc? Tried eBay, but was sent wrong bits and can't find another Dreame D9 vendor there. Local agents charge far too much. Need a set of main brush, sweepers, and filters for under $30.

That is good to know, but ... your prices are *far* too high for me. I ended up getting all of the accessories listed on your website, in multiple copies (i.e., 2 main brushes, 4 mop mats, 4 washable filters and 6 sweepers) for about $AU 16.00, delivered. This was from AliExpress. I had to wait a couple of weeks, but I was deliberately getting in early.

Some people in Russia already have 1072 firmware for Dreame D9. I am in UK, today is 21/12/20, still on 1058 firmware. Yesterday my robot could not find the dock, though it was 50cm from it.

The map gets corrupt every few days even if the D9 is started from the base. There is either a "ghost map" or it thinks the base moved. Both of those scenarios require a map reset which removes any map customization. I've had to reset the map at least 20 times in the month I've owned it. Is there a firmware update coming soon to address this? If so, when?
