My 3 year old TX 35 has a flashing I after about 10 min working and then stops. Any ideas?
Check the wheels, mine had non drive end wheel come loose and stopped the belt from driving, then have error on panel. Check belts are on wheels properly, they can move slightly off wheels causing unit to stop and error

Hi, my cx35 has stopped working and each time I start it, it stops and the ‘I’ light comes on. It progressively got worse. It use to run for a several seconds then stop, now it doesn’t start at all. I have pulled it down and everything is fine. Controller seems to work ok. I’m thinking cable needs replacing as must be electrical short out. Any ideas please?

i have no idea. the problem with ours required a tech to fix it.
How two operate
Just put in pool, make sure it is fully submerged before turning on. Empty basket as necessary. Don't leave in pool if not actually using it for cleaning.
Does anybody at Fluidra know where my pool cleaner actually is?. Not only does it seem to have completely disappeared, but your "customer service" people are of no service at all. Job# 00625925. Don't msg me telling me to go onto Facebook...I'm not on it.

i ve just pulled my 2 apart and it seems there is a failure in the electronic control board positioned on the underside of the cleaner

Why does your company not offer a comprehensive range of spare parts for the products that you sell? Why do you only sell an entire lower assembly that costs more than the new replacement price of the entire pool cleaner? Are you aware of your responsibilities in Australia under the Trade Practices Act 1974?

You might want to instruct your telephone support staff and your retailers of this suddenly reduced price as none of them seem to think it is anywhere near the price you state. It appears the price of the cleaner itself has increased by 50% also. What an incredibly dishonest company you represent.
Why does my Zodiac TX35 only do half my pool. No matter where I put it in or move it to it always comes back to half the pool?
Hi there, Thanks for your enquiry. Kindly check to see if there is enough length of cable in the water for your cleaner to move around your entire pool and make sure that the filter canister is clean. This can be cleaned with just mild soap and a soft bristle brush.

Hello, I have used this more times and it does have more coverage but it does not pick up all of the leaves and certainly not the dust even though I purchased the extra canister for the dust. I am extremely disappointed in this product. As I'm getting older, this was supposed to make cleaning the pool easier but it has not.

i agree peter. just tested on my 2 failed unit and after countless hours trying to get support,,
I'm servicing our TX35 and replacing all of the bush and gear sprockets due to excessive wear however in order to remove and replace the rear wheels of the TX35 I cannot see any logical way to remove them without destroying the wheel...has anyone tried replacing the gear kit and overcome this problem and if so how?
