Worst decision I made buying this coffee machine. While the machine itself is good, it is noisy and takes a while for the coffee to brew. What is… Read more
extremely inconvenient & annoying is you can only buy their coffee pods. Also the milk frother isn’t as good as my old one even though it looks better. My other coffee machine was compatible with many coffee pod brands. I’m seriously considering getting rid of it because it’s also more expensive when I was wanting to cut down costs.

Meh I’d give it a miss – We purchased this from Officeworks and after about 1.5 years the frothing of the milk stopped. It looked like someone had put a whisk in it and… Read more
stirred it vigourously. It seemed as though the motor didn’t have as much power to get the foam going. I took it back and got another under the extra Care warranty that Office Works sell. By the way it’s only 14 odd dollars and it’s definitely worth it. We got another one and I’ve only had a matter of weeks and it’s already stopped frothing the milk and it seems again as though the motor is not picking up enough power to do the job properly AGAIN. I plan on taking it back today and getting a full refund. It seems as though it’s a bit of hit and miss with this device. One of the big negatives for our coffee and tea loving family is that the jug is quite small, and if you do like to drink your coffee from a mug you will find that the capacity of this jug is its still not large enough. Pro-It is quiet Might head over to a large Nespresso milk frother
I have been using Lavazza Oro coffee for many years but of late the quality has gone down. There was a time when the aroma of freshly brewed coffee… Read more
would permeate the kitchen. Now there is no aroma. There was a time when the taste of the coffee would be like gold as the name on the wrapper suggests but no longer. Unfortunately, I purchased a 4 pack which I'm now contemplating throwing out. I am unsure if this is simply a bad batch of coffee beans or if the company has sourced cheaper coffee beans, but it no longer is the " GOLD" standard of coffee.
Machine was used daily. Do NOT buy Lavazza A Modo Mio Desea and other Lavazza products. My Desea has from day one had many issues: - waste bin… Read more
full though it is empty, - descaling says it needs to be done but was only done that morning when directed (you can't use the machine until the descaling is done, something even the Lavazza support person didn't know... really.. - there are the very sharp edges and corners on the waste bin, - impossible to clean the waste bin without lots of manual cleaning with cloth and tool/spoon to get into the corners, due to the sharp corners when they should be rounded like food items should be for hygiene and cleanliness, - NOT HOT ENOUGH,
The coffee is quite nice.
The biggest and most dangerous issue with the Lavazza Desea is the leaking of water under the base of the machine.
Do NOT leave this machine plugged into the wall socket or let ANY other person use the machine in case of fire, electrocution and shock. Alone with this leaking water there is also now a strong plastic odour that can be tasted in the coffee and the smell in the air, surely this can't be healthy neither.
Contacted Lavazza, they did a wasteful video call to see the issue that they didn't give a toss about, they haven't even asked for the machine to be returned for investigation
Lavazza offered a measly 10% discount of a replacement, that is already $104 dearer than Bunnings so the 10% discount is useless... NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS OR CARE OR SERVICE

A great little frother – After a disappointing Bellini which stopped after a few months, I bought the Lavazza MilkEasy and love it. It froths the milk beautifully I use A2… Read more
light milk. I love that the thingy that makes it froth is easily removed to be cleaned. I bought mine online from Lavazza and could not fault the quick delivery and price. I wanted to wait for a few months before reviewing just to make sure.

unique, rich, chocolatey taste that seems to be complemented, I’ve just discovered, by topping up with pure cream and just a touch of raw sugar. Delicious! Let’s hope I can find some on the top, lone shelf of some little used supermarket.

very dark & the smell was awful. I made a coffee & it was so disgusting I couldn't drink it. If I could give this zero stars I would. They are going in the bin. Very disappointed to have wasted my money. Only good thing was I bought 500grams & not 1kg.
Major improvement on the old variety – Really good... And I used to hate the old Lavazza Espresso brand it replaced (it was ditched last year) . Slightly ahead of their Oro variety in… Read more
intensity and different in flavour but maybe not as much as the ridiculous (9/10) intensity scale suggests. Beans allow/encourage quite a fine grind. A decent Espresso maker may be needed to get the best from them. Definitely one of the most complex supermarket coffee marques, and to my palette, noticeably better than similar respected brands.

LavAzza has become a sham company? – A couple of weeks ago I received my order, shocked to say the least when I opened the box. Inside was only 1 x 500g pack of decaf coffee beans… Read more
instead of the 5 which I've ordered and paid for online. I emailed the customer serviced department and attached pictures of the deceitful packaging and labelling to confirm this unbelievable mistake. I am bitterly disappointed with LavAzza as they have yet to reply to explain this small box with misleading labels quoting a content of 5 x 500g of coffee beans in a box that could barely fit one. For those in doubt, please see my attached pictures for confirmation. LavAzza is a big company but their customer relations is non-existent!
