I have been a loyal customer of Moccona Coffee for 40 years or more. I have always loved a great strong black coffee with the crema on top and I use… Read more

to get this from Moconna. I would always be a 2 teaspoons of coffee to a large cup. 1 Now it’s watery no crema with no taste. I did read that they use the cheapest coffee, and now it doesn’t tell you what beans, in just says coffee beans, no country of origin for the beans, but really, the left overs from the factory. I also drink the decaf as I love the taste of coffee, but I’m not the able to consume more than 2 cups a day. Please you have already nearly doubled the price because of the damage by the weather we all know it will never go down in price again once this happens. Now you expect us to pay double the price for a watered down product think again PLEASE !

Ive just bought a large and then a small box of the Moccona cappuccino sachets, in the last two days, I kept throwing my cuppa out Thinking it was Me… Read more

, or the water in the jug, Or the milk or maybe it was a bad batch, wondering why it tasted so disgusting with an awful aftertaste and mouth feeling, when i usually love them so much.. so went back to get a new box. Not that I can afford to do that .. but they're my favourite, or they were until now.. I noticed the " Hot/Cold " symbol to start with, as something new, and then saw the words at top of box saying " New Creamy Taste" , well , it's not creamier, it was already lovely and creamy, it was already delicious and that's why it was so popular.. The actual taste has changed and it's not palatable, not to me anyway. Ive been loving and promoting it to all my friends and family and co workers, and anyone really and got so many people into them, now, the change, is really bad.. really really bad.. I can't drink it .. I used to buy a 10pk box every few days.. now they might as well have discontinued it, the dissapointment is the same, I can't drink what ever that stuff is.. I don't like it's competition as much, well, didn't, but now it's even better than the new Moccona cappuccino formula..

Coffee tastes good. However, through out the day, it leaves an irritation in throat. I tested this many times, in last 10 days. Inherently decaf… Read more

coffee uses lot of chemicals to wash away the caffeine, and probably some of that is irritating the throat lining. Just putting it out there for anyone else feeling the same, or for a new customer to have this consideration.

Good smooth coffee – The only coffee blend that won't cause acidity and irritation. Doesn't cause irritation due to its smooth, well-balanced flavor profile and lower acidity compared to other coffee varieties.

When I found out about the court case I decided to change to vittoria coffee. Also the price is now $37.50 for 400g which is insanity

YUK! The 'improved' Vanilla sachets are rubbish. Very odd taste. Why, why, why! No stars for this product - will stick with Nescafe me thinks!

Woolworths is a well balanced & bold flavour freeze dried from Vietnam. The best instant coffee I tasted & 1 kg tin makes 200 cups.

Mocha? more like hot chocolate – I usually buy Nescafe Mocha sachets, but they were sold out in the supermarket. So I purchased the more expensive Moccona Mocha sachets with Cadbury… Read more

instead. Well I've only had a couple of drinks of it and it tastes exactly like cadbury hot chocolate. I can't even taste any hint of coffee in it at all. A mocha is supposed to be a mix of coffee and chocolate. I think they missed the mark with this product. It should just be marketed as hot chocolate as that is what it tastes like... it's not a balanced flavour at all.

this was my favourite – this was my favourite for years, but they discontinued it and replaced it with the africa blend. i contacted the company and they said it wasn't popular, so they discontinued the range

Tastes like American instant coffee with Crema – We usually buy the Moccona 10 but due to shortages we went for the Intense 11 and sadly no matter how we make it it just tastes like the instant… Read more

coffee form a hotel. It does't have as much boldness or robustness as I would have expected. It appears to tasted like it has a powdered milk additive to it like a crema etc as sadly it just doesn't taste right.

The new style of business – There is an old saying in business "If it aint broke, don't fix it". Thank you Moccona. You have helped me break a $1000 / year habit. You took an… Read more

incredibly tasty, most often very hard to obtain product due to its popularity, gave it awesome new packaging, which I actually like, and reduced the incredible flavour to something barely better than tepid dishwater. It's back to my Espresso machine for flavour.
