mini oven with all the functions packed into it. The 90 pre-set cooking modes are a lifesaver (seriously, no more guessing times), and the convection heating actually works really well. I’ve baked, roasted, reheated. All turned out great.

Build quality feels solid and premium, and it’s surprisingly quiet during use. Also, major shoutout to how easy it is to clean! That was a big plus for me. Definitely feels like a good value for money considering what it can do.

not a great product – We purchased this product in June 2020 and are very thankful for the five year warranty. The seal inside the oven door was glued on upside down, and… Read more

then the door came apart entirely. This was fixed by Ariston and the technician told us the product looks like it was not assembled correctly. Last night, the oven blew a fuse and now does not work at all. I have submitted an email to Ariston and the place of purchase. This product is defective.

Dirty and noisy – Received this microwave from Catch.com it turned out to be a second hand unit that had been repaired by Ariston. It arrived dirty and stinking. It… Read more

looks like there was a fire inside the thing. Black marks on the inside that won't come off. It's also very noisy which makes me think that perhaps it hasn't been repaired correctly as most reviews say it's quite. First and last time I'll use Catch.com.

No receipt, no warranty – Don't forget the receipt from the store. Without it, no warranty service. My previous owner bought it since the previous one hadn't been working.… Read more

However, I haven't received a receipt. And after 8 months later, I contacted the customer service since the knob is malfunctioning. They said "Unfortunately warranty is only transferrable if you have the original purchase receipt." I wouldn't recomment anyone who is considering because of reasonable price.

washes a day on the hottest pots and pan cycle. We run a cleaning tablet throught it every fortnight or so as the kids are not the best at scraping their plates. At 3 years and 1 month, the rotor shaft magnet on the wash pump cracked in half.... I will update this review pending how well harvey norman/ariston deal with this in warranty.

Was great while it lasted – Purchased from Harvey Norman 2 years ago. The machine comes with a 5 year guarantee but the guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on. Machine… Read more

started giving an error - F3 ten days ago. I called Harvey Norman and they told me that I had to contact Ariston directly. I have called 4 times and was kept holding for nearly 30 minutes each time. On the final call they answered the phone and said that they only accept issues which are submitted online. I submitted the issue a week ago and have sent multiple emails. I have not received a response (other than the automatic one which says that they have a lot of issues to deal with at the moment) to date. Looks like I'm going to be washing dishes and cutlery for a while :(

Purchased around 2 years ago from Domayne. As others have mentioned, clothes are never fully dry. The top lint filter is OK, but the one on the… Read more

bottom is a nightmare. It lets lint through to the condenser fins? which are near impossible to clean. It also gets condensation in there and can leak a small amount of water on to the floor. It is prone to mould from being damp. I have had to soak the filter in bleach a few times to kill off some mould spores. I contacted their customer support and was told to follow the instructions, where i then pointed out to them that their video instruction (see screenshot) indicates that there is an additional foam filter to protect the condenser, which I never received. Ariston replied back with a parts catalogue, and no surprises that the filter doesn't exist in the catalogue. I replied and they never answered back.

I brought this 4 years ago and have recently been looking for prices and reviews on others for by daughter who is buying a new cooktop. So, I thought… Read more

I should write one. Firstly, I agreed with others about the sensitivity if moisture or something is put near the control, it turns off very frustrating. Secondly the large element seems to cook hotter on one half, I can actually have breadcrumbs from crumbed steak burn on half of the pan while the other does not. I paid $1022 and looking around I should have better for this price.

Worst washing machine I've ever had. It had to be fixed two years after buying it; it stopped working just after the warranty ended. I would never buy Ariston again. Show details

The perfect built in microwave and grill – The Ariston MN313IXA is the perfect built in microwave and grill. Seamlessly fits in with the kitchen cabinetry. Takes a week to get used to the button layout but once you do it’s super easy to use.

Hate this cook top with a passion!! – I've had this cook top for about 4 months and HATE IT!! Note to myself "just because it's a good brand doesn't mean it's a good product!" One of… Read more

the numerous issues is the burner sizes and positions on this cook top it has only 1 burner for a large pot so if you are boiling rice in a large saucepan and stir frying in a large wok it is not possible to get consistent heat on both as only one burner is large. I often play musical sauce pans which is a hazard with boiling water especially. Mine has a black glass top which I thought would be easy to clean. NOT!

Yes these are problems I should have seen when purchasing so I have learnt a very expensive lesson! I also CAN NOT no matter how low I adjust the flame produce a simmer in a saucepan. Just to add to my frustration the "rubber ring" surrounding my aforementioned large burner has decided to leave the party and come apart and just hang on it's own over the glass. The 2 smaller burners at top and bottom of cook top hardly ever get used so I've basically bought an annoying 2 burner cook top for $1197. I so miss my 20 year old cook top...

Thanks Ariston! Good marketing but you have lost a customer for life and I will spread the word!! Buyers beware!!

Oven functions ok, food needs to be rotated during cooking so it does not burn at the front - but I think most ovens are like that. The one star… Read more

review is for the reliability, and more importantly parts availability. We had this oven as part of a new house build and within the first year it failed. There was power, the fans and the internal light came on, but the heating light did not come on and no heat was produced. Ok, no problem- things happen. I logged a warranty ticket as per the website. After much mucking around and back and forth we finally got it fixed, only to fail with the same fault a few months later. Again the support experience was poor, no communication, I had to chase every week for an update etc, and eventually tech came out but could not fix it.. In the end I had to get the reseller involved to try and resolve from their side. Eventually the oven was replaced. Yay job done...not yet. Two years go by and the replacement oven fails again - so I logged a ticket the same night as the oven failed - that was October 19th last year, since then I have responded to every request from Arisit - from videos of the fault, to copies of the invoice and other requests like photos- the same day I was asked- and now, as I write this 94 days after I logged the warranty support ticket as per Ariston's process, we still do not have an working oven or an ETA when parts will arrive to fix it. The oven has a 5 year warranty, but that's a bad thing, as you are exposed to the all torment and annoyance of trying the get the useless thing repaired when it fails. Better just to cop the cost of a new oven, buy a different brand and move on with your life. I so wish I dumped it last October instead of trying to get it repaired under warranty- In retrospect my time would have been better spent rubbing my forehead on the carpet - at least some heat would have been generated in the process..

metal. Complete front dismantle rather than a keyed metal shaft replacement.

Add to this that the front has been replaced once already due to the lettering coming off due to cleaning . Manufacturers recommendation - clean with water only. Obviously manufacturer doesnt actually cook anything ever .

Both Ariston microwaves are rusting! I moved into a new build home. I live a quiet life alone. I have 2 of the same Ariston microwaves. The one… Read more

that's rusting the worst has only been used 3 times for warming plated meals with a cover on. I reported this to Harvey Norman, who gave me the email contact for Ariston. I emailed them with photos. The message was 'mail box is full' This happened 3 times despite being provided with alternate emails. Finally, they asked for more photos. I was asked how I cleaned them. "Nature's dishwashing liquid, a clean cloth & water." Answer - I should be using a steel cleaner. "I've used 3M once with no effect." No I should have been using their one, a picture was provided. They said the case was closed as I should have followed the guidelines! Correspondence took over 3 months! I looked at the manual - 'Clean with a damp cloth, pH-neutral detergent as required', no other information! The products were very expensive! THEY ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE, NOT OF ACCEPTABLE STANDARD! THE SERVICE WAS APPALLING! Now my Ariston extractor is not working! Only used 6 times. I was told that someone would contact me over a month ago! NEVER BUY ARISTON PRODUCTS!
