Mine got broken from one of the edges and I asked for a spare cup and Costumer service said that those were not available, if it works for you I can send you the base/charger. In case yours had a problem with that part.

Mine has been on charge now for over 2 hours and is still flashing red. I am assuming it will turn solid blue when it is charged is that correct and how long should that take?

What does it mean when the red light starts blinking (and continues blinking) as soon as the blender is plugged in to charge?
