How do you slow the mower down going too fast for me to keep up.
Are both blades supposed to move? I noticed yesterday and can move mine in and out. I thought maybe they move out when the mower is running and move back in when stopped.

Since there is no carburettor in spare parts shop for this will the 225cc carburettor work?

Can the self propel speed be reduced
to be truthful I am unsure ,my mower went at below walking speed ..One thing I am quite clear on is DONT ask or rely on'SCHEPPACH which is the only place you can get parts from , They take your money supply NO SERVICE reply to NO emails and take NO phone calls and in my case couldnt supply 1 out of 3 parts but instead of refunding me for the unsupplied part just charged me ANOTHER postage charge to balance their ledger ,NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN DEAL WITH THEM or will I buy a mechanical item from Aldi RANT OVER Best of luck... ps It took over 2 months to get the 2 parts delivered
I have had my mower for a couple of years now and recently had an issue where the motor tore its mounting bolts out through the deck.
I disassembled the mower and got the deck repaired/welded back up and also had a ring made of 3mm thick steel cut and drilled as a support/reinforcement for the motor mounting bolts. The ring goes under the deck and the bolts go through the ring then the deck and then into the mower.
This worked like a charm.
Where can I buy some mower blades from, for the 173cc 20"

Check out external link they don't have one for the 173cc mower but there is one for the 225cc mower.. might be the same.

Hi, My advise is,If its under warranty return it to the ALDI store you bought it from. I don't see ALDI or the people that import them being of much help to you, I know this is'nt much help to you, I'm Having issues with them myself, Best of luck
