How can I control the speed of the self propulsion mechanism. It travels too fast for tight turning but I can't find any lever or such to slow it down or make it freewheeling. Peter, Canberra.

Wont start now. It was running for about an hour then all of a sudden it down tools-Basicely it stopped running. plenty of charge in its battery pack. Motor turns over but wont spark to fire up running. Please WHY?

We have just replaced the four blades on our Aldi garden line self-propelled lawnmower part number is BNC6402 these are for a Honda lawnmower but fit the Aldi lawnmower perfectly. gaspares.com.au. I hope this helps

My self propelled mower has stopped. It still starts and I can mow the lawn with it . But the self propelled part doesn't work. Can anyone give me any ideas on how to fix it please. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards Dave

Search "help.tools" to find a good range of Aldi mower parts. That's where I got my mower blade from for my 18'' 4 stroke model. My big single blade was about $30, what you are looking for is a set of 4 swing blades (mounting plate not included) and it'll probably cost you about $60. I used PayPal. It was all just so easy.
