My Ascaso Dream Coffee Machine is not working and I need to get it fixed. Does anyone know who in Australia fixes these machines? I live in Canberra and cannot find anyone who will touch it as they cannot get the parts for it??
Hi Dorethy. Can you not return it to the place of purchase? I'm surprised if they can't help. Lygon Distributors in Melbourne fixes mine. They will have a Sydney supplier if you get in touch with them. (03) 9486 1572
ILVE should be able to help- mine sadly when to the coffee graveyard - got sick of having to buy new gaskets all the time
