Can anyone tell me how much warranty fleet sales had when selling their cars? Ive been told its only 3 months but oz cars has 12 months warranty. The reason I ask is because I bought my combo just before xmas and oz cars took over in Jan or Feb. now I have no warranty.

The department of fair trading told me it doesn't matter what warranty you have, the point is that I bought the carin good condition and ozcars knew what was wrong with when I paid top dollar for it.
It doesn't matter whether it is 3 months or 12 months, ready the fine print as most used car warranties are not worth the cost of the paper it's printed on ! Water pumps seize so they say that's a wearing item and not covered. It seizes and snaps the timing belt, bends pushrods and damages heads and engine components costing thousands to repair. When the timing belts snap, doing the reverse damage, they say that's not covered but the other is.......they will twist every warranty claim the right way so they don't have to do jack sh*t about it......and that';s the warranty coverage people more so, not even so much the car dealers.
I would not buy a used napkin from Australian Fleet Car Sales...sorry, now OZ Car Sales ( distance themselves from the old dodgy name will help, yeah right ... ), let alone an expensive big investment like a car !!! Run for the hills folks, run for the hills !

They will at an extremely high interest rate and you will be over charged for you the car by thousands.

I was told the same thing and didnt get it but hey if you need a gift to give a review then maybe the service that was not really as good as the review as people might tell porkys thinking if they say good things they will get a better gift. I reviewed the truth.....great service great car
I refer a Friend to these guys and they lied and said they were going to give me $200 cash back for referring a friend. when I called the customer service they put me on hold for ages than said they will send it out as a cheque but they didn't! They will say anything just so you can buy from them. At least I know now never to recommend them to anyone else and till this day my friend having issues with their car and these guys don't even fix it. Sales team at Lansvale and management are very unhelpful.

As you can see I have asked for their hours as I work an hour away from home and my hours are 9-5 which is most businesses and I have never recieved an answer...I have more than met their criteria but whp knows! Maybe with help on here I may get a response lol. A couple of years late but who knows......

How long does the quality inspection take before I can go get my new used car?

I bought a hiace van from you. In the contract we are suppose to receive a fuel voucher and $5000 travel voucher. Every time I contact the store they say in next few days. It has been two weeks from purchase. What is happening with this???

103 terrible and bad reviews out of 528 reviews isn't a particularly good record. I'm interested in warranty information on your cars, but specifically the content and substance of the warranty not just "12 months warranty". If an engine blows and it costs $8k to drop in a new one how much of that $8k (under warranty) is covered by AFS? Any warranty information that is publicly available (be it mechanical or cosmetic) would be handy. Thanks.

You have a 2010 HSV GTS series 2 manual with over 100,000km's on it. The price your asking is $62,990. Upon checking red book the trade in price on this vehicle is $35,000 and private prices are $38,000-42,000. Why is it you have it listed for over $20,000 what it's worth?

The answer the official has stated is an outrageous deflection.
My friend just got a car yesterday and today she found out that the car has some faulty as follow
1. A front seat electronic button to adjust seat is not work properly
2. a fuel filler door is not lock even she lock the door ( refer to manual it should lock when we lock a car)
3. A fuel latch inside car booth is broken
4. A spotlight bend over while driving so the light is up to the sky and the top of tree instead of the road. And it also make a reflexion glare on a windscreen
So how will she do?? bring it back to you and you will fix it or she can change a new car in the same price??

my friend just got a car from AFS yesterday. But it has some faulty
1. the front seat electric adjust button is not working properly
2. the fuel filler tank door is not lock when the car is lock (Read from manual it said "it will not open when the car is locked") and a fuel latch
3. The spotlight that they give to my friend instead of the fog light (which they promised to provide to my friend) is bend over (by the wind) when they are driving a car and make a light reflexion on the wind screen so they can't use it
4. She was told that they will give her 3 years guaranty but in the receipt say 3 months warranty.
The question are:
1. If you can fix the problem above for her or not?
2. If she can change a car if you can't fix for her? Is she can change from other branch?
3. Is her car have 3 years or 3 months guaranty?
4. Can you change spotlight that you gave to her to be proper fog light?

Yeah they'll get finance through ANY financial institute as long as it means selling you a car....they have no morals, no conscious and no common decency. They'll get you an interest rate of 85% if it means the salesman, who just wants his commission for hitting the monthly targets, can sell another car to somebody. There's been a heap of cases where young people get signed up to ridiculously expensive car loans and then have their vehicles reposed because they can't up keep the repayments.

Yes it should also you would have been given 30 days warranty or so many kilometres to which ones first , take car in and see fhem

I trade in my Nissan navara for 25000 to get a ss commodore,they pay my loan of for 22000,we agree to 23000 and I went through my paper work 2000 is not including on my trade in can someone explain or call me(0481264224)

How long does it take for afs to pay off your existing loan???
I went back to my bank who my loan was with And just got more money off them to pay for the new car. So I didn't go with afs. But if I did it wouldn't have mattered as they were going to trade my ute for the amount I owed on my loan anyways.
