Does anyone have an email address for Mark Rimanic ?
I want cancel my contract from this company,.anyone help me,give advice for this problem please,they give me 125% interest.
They do business without ethics, if you're still within cooling off period with them, I suggest you email them with a notice that you're backing out with an email sent to them. Also talk to your bank and make a police report and save everything. We have plenty of evidence against them.

I already contact the bank to close the direct debit,you recon they can lawsuit me because of that?
why don't we complain together wherever possible, so that their nonsense can stop
I've joined the club of the unfortunate, screwed by Automax. After months of no luck, I've written them a formal letter of complaints as per Consumer Affairs, hoping they come to the party but in case they don't does anyone who has had success in either getting repairs, replacement or refunds please advise?
Looks like a *lot* of positive reviews - mostly from single-review accounts that joined on or near the same dates. Plus someone reporting that Automax refused a deposit refund until they removed a 1-star review.
I've reported this to the Productreview admins, hope they'll take action.
how tf do i get all my cash back from this place?!! bought the car on 15/03/23 just for it to break down on 21/03/23... not even a week later. the cars spent more time just sitting at 2 repair shops. their warranty service INTEGRITY CAR CARE is a COMPLETE JOKE; refusing to accept my claim because its "not specifically" what they cover. I've just sent them an email with everything that's happened and my request for a full refund. I also told them ill be going to consumer affairs if they do not reply back to me within 2 weeks.
I'm so sorry to hear your having this issue with AUTOMAX too . I am taking AUTOMAX to VCAT as they have a claim application for applying for your contract to be cancelled and your money returned. I would suggest you also contact the ACCC . Consumer Action Law Centre is fantastic for free legal advice. This company should be shut down as they are the dodgiest company out .. I'm more than happy to help if I can .. Please don't give up it takes a long time and it's stressful and they will deny anything is wrong but persist with it and even if we don't get our money back with VCAT there are other things we can do. There maybe a class action option but 100% there is the media option either way AUTOMAX will be exposed for the dodgy company they are. Also go to the the ASIC website and get a copy of their company extract and send all correspondence to the address listed there for correspondence making sure you address it to AUTOMAX and not the owner. Make sure you keep all receipts and tracking numbers even take photos. There are laws regarding lemon cars .. They are CMG AUTOMOTIVE trading as AUTOMAX CAR SUPERSTORE. I hope this information will help anyone who has had lemon from this company. I wish you all the best x
We went to VCAT ourselves over the lemon Automax sold us - only way we could get them to repair the transmission. Feel free to PM me for any info on how it went & the approach we took.

You’re best trying to go thru your bank or straight to VCAT if Consumer Affairs haven’t been able to help. Don’t bother with the business at all.
KEEP ALL YOUR CONTRACTS TOO! Don’t throw away anything because you’ll need it when filing your claim
No point we went through the same thing last year. These people are just full of it all there cars have defects I swear!

Happy to share our experiences with VCAT, & the information we sent, if it'll help anyone filing their own cases. FWIW though we're still waiting half a year later for VCAT to hear our case, as they appear to still be processing urgent cases only in the aftermath of COVID-19.

Very disappointed with the customer service in the purchase of the car. A fast transaction dragged out. Repairs to be done after sale was horrific. No one knows anything and no one gets back to you. Avoid purchases from the organisation in all areas. But they are quick to take your hard earned money.
