I dropped my Baccarat paring knife on kitchen floor and the blade snapped off. Can it please be replaced on Lifetime Warranty ? Many thanks. No receipt as birthday gift 4 years ago, from my sister who passed away.

I bought a knife set approx 16 months ago. Hardly use as I work away, I hand wash. My chiefs knife fell off bench and snapped in half. I just have lino floor and average height kitchen bench. Are these knifes spose to break that easy?

We were gifted, on fathers' day last, a six set block of Baccarat knives.They perform well but I was disappointed when I dropped one on our tiled kitchen floor the blade of the 20cm knife snapped in half just below the handle.I don't know where the set was purchased and cannot find a contact for the manufacturer. Is there any way I can obtain a replacement or at least get the company's email address?
