No. They only have branches in Melbourne one in Hawthorn and the other in Moonee Ponds but neither have an atm. You can use any ATM however ie CBA NAB etc but they may charge you a fee.

I have never needed one of the branches which are in Melbourne. I live in rural Victoria. I do internet banking, ATMs are CBA, have used the phone service (excellent) occasionally or teams when I contact the financial planner to discuss my options. Bank First has a good relationship with the Commonwealth Bank but aside from CBA ATMs I rarely need it. Had a car loan years ago, excellent service.
