We live in Victoria and it looked like we didn’t get the tile we were after. We are building with a volume builder and paying decent amount for upgrades. We felt really devastated with the way our case was handled.

I would like to know what the answer to Steve's question is please? We ordered tiles from the shop on Keilor Park Drive and weren't given any notification that we would be charged a delivery fee until AFTER we had paid for the tiles. It was hidden on the receipt. When we questioned this, the sales person refused to refund the charge or change the order. It defies belief how a store can charge the customer for getting the product into their store?! How is this even acceptable in the retail world?
Yes I think it is a strange way to do business. I was contacted by head office and a refund was arranged. The collateral damage done by such procedures would seem to far outweigh the value of the amount charged.

Hi all,
We have recently renovated our ensuite and had tilers lay our tiles. The grout is cracking so we removed the grout and had it redone but now we have the same problem only after a month or so. I know the grout the tilers used was not a flexible one and our house is on peers which has some movement. I guess my question is is there a fix for this? Which grout is best for movement? We are expecting our second daughter in 2 weeks and I really need to get this sorted. We have had several people tell us different things such as use Ardex fg8 with grout enhancer. What is the best option? Really stuck on this one. Regards Mick
