Bellini EnerGI Nutrient BTGW930 Questions & Answers
Hi, would like to know where can i get some replacement parts for my machine.
Hi i bought this but it wont turn on. Red light on but wont turn and blend. Why? First time using
Your problem is probably due to the safety interlock. If you look at the underside of the blade sub assembly you will see a plastic part that is held in place by two screws. The "pin" in the centre is what controls the safety interlock. It works like this. The container is screwed on to the blade sub assembly. Providing the seal is in good condition the last half a turn of the container pushes on the "pin" which makes it protrude about 2mm on the underside of the blade sub assembly. This 2mm is required to deactivate the safety interlock and enable the motor. This will only work if 1, the seal is in good condition (not split) and 2, the blade sub assembly is positioned correctly (the lock/unlock symbols are aligned) so the "pin" can slide into the guide (which is quite visible on the top of the motor housing) to disable the safety interlock. If you put the container on the table and screw the blade sub assembly on to it you should be able to see the "pin" raise up +/- 2mm. If this doesn't happen check to see if the seal is split or worn away at the "pin" position. If the seal is split or worn very carefully rotate the seal so the "pin" lines up in a different part of the seal. Best of luck.
