does anyone know the website for the senico branded phone manufacturer and their direct phone number?
I have set the phone to turn off & on at particular times however when it turns back on it goes into flight mode & you cannot ring it, ie goes straight to message bank. How can I turn off the flight mode?
Received new phone. Please help with speed dial buttons. Following instructions doesn't help. Is there another step to be aware of
Can someone tell me how to extend the ring time - Mum's phone rings 4 times and then goes to message bank. She has mobility issues and is unable to reach the phone in time. Cannot find any information in the manual TIA
It’s a carrier specific code you send via the phone to determine the number of tings. Telstra phone,, The Code is **61*101**30# (This is for 30 seconds). It is in 5sec increments. How do I extend my ring time? 1. On your Telstra mobile, dial **61*101** then the number of seconds you want to extend your ring time to - 15, 20, 25 or 30 - then finish with #. ... 2. Press Call/Send. 3. You'll see a screen confirming your ring time extension has been successful.

Does anyone have an idea how we can make the speed dial buttons work in this phone. I bought it for my Dad and if these buttons don’t work it is completely useless to him. I have emailed the company (senior phones.com.au) and had no response and their phone number is not connected. Thanks for any help.
Does anyone have a user manual for this SENICO big button phone, we can't find ours and need to program one of the big P1-P3 buttons. If someone knows how to do just operation, it would be handy. Thanks.
Do you need to put in two sim cards. I have no idea which socket to insert my one sim card. Instructions do not mention anything about 2 sim cards. I have tried in both sockets however the phone is not recognising there is a sim card inserted
No. You only need one sim card. Mine only has one socket. Either way any socket will work fine. However, if they are labelled a/b (or 1/2) then insert in 'a'.
Just purchased for my mum. Have stored numbers in the speed dial and P1-3 areas, but can't get them dialled - pressing the P1-3 buttons does nothing???
Can you dial out normally? If you can then I'd try to re enter the stored numbers. If not then the sim card has died.
I am constantly loosing incoming calls.. They just won't ring... With a lot of difficulty I manage to get it back then after awhile it's gone again What is wrong... WHO CAN I TALK TO.. I need this resolved my Dad is 98 I need the phone to ring ..

Yes it has a phone book but never used it. There is also 3 programmable quick dial buttons for assigning frequent or emergency contacts.
