Hi Alise Thanks for the question. If you have a Bugaboo Donkey 2 or 3 and are wanting to extend from mono to duo you will need the Donkey 5 duo extension set complete. This set includes all components required for the 2nd seat. The Donkey 5 set is also going to be compatible with the Donkey 2 or 3. external link

My daughter has a donkey duo and a Britax romer capsule. She needs the adapter so that she can use the capsule on one side and seat for her 2yo on the other. Is the twin adapter (mono/duo) the correct one to get? Or is there a different one that she needs? It’s so confusing and no one is selling them in Australia

Hi Bella-jo The combination has not been tested for stability fit and overall compatibility in AU/NZ, they may be available in other regions. It would be at your discretion to use the combination if able to source an adapter from another region.

Hey. We have a bugaboo donkey 2 duo stroler and we need an extra bassinet. I cant find new bassinet for donkey 2 so I was wondering if the bassinet from donkey 3 will be compatible?
Hi Simona, Thanks for the question. Yes you may use any of the Bugaboo Donkey bassinet fabrics on your Donkey 2. Do you require a whole additional seat, including the seat frame, canopy and carry handle? Or is it just the bassinet components that you are after?

I am about to purchase a Donkey 3 duo for my almost 2 year old and newborn. I am concerned about the size of the seat for my 2 year old as it looks a lot smaller then then fox seat I currently have. I am worried he will grow out of the seat soon? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
Hi Amanda G. Thanks for the question. The Donkey 3 seat fabric will hold up to 22kgs, and the dimensions of the fabric are 48 x 23 x 27 cm. The Fox seat fabric dimensions are 51 x 25 x 33 cm (measurements are length x depth x width).
We would recommend popping into your local retailer and trialing your 2 year old out in one of the floor models to see if it is a good fit!

Hi Vicki, Thank you for your inquiry, please contact the brand of car seat/capsule you own so they can assist you. To remove the capsule from the Bugaboo Donkey please press the same buttons you use to remove the capsule from its base.
