Looking at purchasing a Comfort Sleep queen size mattress. Focus furniture has an Emporio Maya and Dusk and Dawn has the Premiere. Both I believe are mid range. My question is regarding the firmness - should I go for medium or firm. The firm at Dusk and Dawn is claimed to be "firm but still comfortable" and I'm guessing the Emporio Maya is similar. I do have significant back and neck problems, as well as being extremely thin so want to make the right choice. Hubby is basically happy with whatever is purchased. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also is there much difference between the actual construction of the two mattresses above? They look very similar. Thanks!

Hopefully this is helpful. I have the "Comfort Sleep Emporio Charlotte King Mattress". I have the Medium version, we feel like its more firm that most mediums. We were initially inclined to go for a firm mattress (any mattress) , but this medium does the job well. Its very sturdy and I don't disturb my wife when I get on while she's asleep.

Thank you for responding. We ended up purchasing the Silent Night Chelsea Firm mattress, which is also made by Comfort Sleep. We tried the medium, plush and firm in the shop and felt the firm was the most supportive. So far, after about 11 sleeps on it we've had no issues, however I did place a very woolly mattress topper on it so maybe that has helped.
